I know everyone says Tomorrowland needs it and it does, but it's still the best looking land at night.
Oh, that's a tough one for sure. I'm gonna have to disagree with you, however...

I'd say Tomorrowland. It doesn't have the futuristic vibe that you would think of when you hear Tomorrowland. As much as I like the speedway, it really doesn't fit in the area

I said Tomorrowland, the who area feels oddly empty despite things being there. I think it's because it's like a big open area with rides/attractions around it whereas the other areas are more densely populated and are more like a path.

Though, I do wish Liberty Square were larger, it's one of my favorite themed areas in all of WDW and the Harbour House is one of my favorite places to relax at and get some food (especially sitting on the top floor near a window, can't beat that). And Liberty Tree Tavern is something I was very disappointed to have missed this past December due to it being temporarily closed.

I apologize if this is stupid question, but has there been a history of the belt not working? I don't think I've ever gone on TTA and not had the belt working. Just curious.
As TTA is my favorite ride (lame I know) I frequent it lot on my trips! Out of all of my trips I would say the belt has worked maybe 50% of the time. Not a HUGE deal, but the futuristic idea is somewhat lost when you have to "bounce" up the belt. It's a fun detail that adds to the storyline of Tomorrowland that sometimes is missing.

If liking TTA is lame, than I guess I am too.. it is one of my favorites.. (I probably wouldn't put it at the top of the list.. but it is up there..). It is one of my favorite things to do last on a MK day, it is a great, relaxing way to end the day. In my experience, 50% is a bit high for the belt to not be working, but I have experienced it.

I voted Tomorrowland, but it's not in terrible shape. Maybe Stitch needs to go and a few minor touchups, but Tomorrowland is aiming to be more sci-fi than realistically futuristic (for that go to Epcot, then voice unfuturistic complaints online).
I keep saying Carousel of Progress needs to update just the last scene, which may be more difficult than it sounds. If they change the script, won't every scene need to be rerecorded to match the voices?

That sounds very difficult. They would have to constantly be going up and down, and it would be hard to get people off. I think docking the riverboat would work better.
I can see your point, but it could work still. Real draw bridges can go up a lot and the ride is long so they would only go up once every 17-18 minutes or so. Thats only about four times an hour.

Even taking the attractions out of the equation, the appearance of the land itself is terrible. On our last trip I was sitting on a bench near the lunching pad just taking it in and I just couldn't believe how horrible it looked. Dirty white buildings and a sea of hot concrete, so unappealing! It's not at all up to the visual standard that Disney set for itself, just bad show plain and simple.

I 100% agree!!!!! It looks like a concrete parking lot =(

No question, has to be Tomorrowland by a distance.

It needs an identity; Stitch's Great Escape and the Laugh Floor could be massively improved on and doing so would go some way to establishing some sort of coherent theme. I'd say the same for the Speedway, which I do like, but takes up a lot of land that I think could be put to better use.

I think other lands need different things, whether its a new attraction or changes/improvements to existing ones, but Tomorrowland is the one in need of the most attention.

I had to say Tomorrowland as a whole needs a bunch of work. While each land could always be improved, Tomorrowland is supposed to be about the future, take a look at the movie to see how sleek and futuristic it should and could look.

Stitch is a waste of space to me, I very rarely do it. In fact I haven't done it in about a year now.
Laugh Floor gets old after you see it a few times.
CoP could use some updating on the last scene.
Space Ranger Spin needs some work (Haven't been on it since the refurb though) Guns barely work, needs to be touched up.
Speedway either needs to be massively redone or go completely in my mind. Did it once and would never waste my time, or a fast pass on it again.
The whole area just needs to look better. Everything looks old.

I definitely voted Tomorrowland, and I enjoy my time over there. However, my eye sees SO MUCH MORE that it could be. I would LOVE to update my favorite attraction, CoP. I would do a pre-loading room that shows the pre-show in the same spirit of what we have now, then add a whole new scene to the end. Something with SM has to happen. That ride terrifies me and is very jerky (seats akin to RnR would help). Add more to TTA, it's a lot of dark, empty space. I am OK with keeping MILF, because it's subtly focuses of alternative energy, which is cool. And Stich, well, it could become a county fair gravitron and make me happier. I don't know what to do there, but something. Oh, and the speedway, let's 86 that and rebuild ToonTown!

So much could be done in Magic Kingdom but so little will be!
While I do think may be done at some in MK, you're point still stands since it will probably have to wait at least until the 50th before anything major happens in that park again. thankfully, Magic Kingdoms refurbs are looking mor update friendly than ever so that's a plus.

That could be an operational nightmare. One bridge fails and the boat is stuck. The whole land is a shadow of it's self and needs a total reworking. I've said this before but the old west is being written out of history, it's thought to be politically incorrect, children not taught much about it and there is not a theme in the old west that doesn't offend someone. I don't think you can find a Mark Twain book in a school any more?

Tomorrowland has nothing to do with tomorrow any more so I'm not sure which land is worse. Both have a lot of land that could be something else.
To hell with political correctness and the rewrite of American history, it shouldn't be forgotten. I know some schools (mostly elementary schools) banned the books, but I read Tom Sawer and Huck Finn in Middle school and High School respectively. And if you look at my age, you can tell that it wasn't too long ago when I read them. Anyone who thinks the use of the n-word in Mark Twain's books was racist obviously doesn't get them. He used it to make a comment on the culture of the time. That's why Huck starts out calling Jim "N-Word Jim", but finally starts to call him Jim by the end of the book. The central message of Huck Finn literally was "don't be racist". We should try to preserve American culture and not blind ourselves to the past because people made mistakes. To paraphrase Rafiki, the past can hurt, but the way I see it you can either run away from it or learn from it.
