GOOD steak. Marc's a bit of a carnivore, and he claims it's the best he's EVER had, and he's eaten at Ruth's Chris, and some other nice steakhouses for work. The Filet is like butter. Get it rare, you won't be disappointed.

I usually have medium steak... but, since you recommend so, I suppose I'll order it that way.
P.S. What dessert did you get at Le Cellier? I saw something about cake brushed with whiskey, and was wondering if I could still order it.
(Or maybe it was Grand Marnier brushed... whatever.)

I never used to be a rare kinda girl, but when you deal with Filet Mingon, it's pointless to get it anything beyond medium rare. Well cooked meat is reserved for inferior cuts of beef. I'm a bit of a foodie, sorry if that's kinda gross.
