Just finished reading the update... posted there. Thanks again, Krystyna

Are you guys eating in Canada when you go? Best Steak EVER. Pics for that are on day 7, still to come. Blew the concourse steak away.

I think so.

She's from the DIS boards. She doesn't like how all the new people talk about random things. She knows that a lot of people from the DIS Boards are here as well. And she wants a place where they can all chat.

Kind of like us. Only, instead of happening naturally, she's bringing all the DIS Board people in.

...I can't help but thinking that the DIS Boards are for the DIS people to talk to each other
There are some of us that are on both and are able to keep them separate.

Already have reservations for Le Cellier. Never eaten before, but I'd heard good recommendations. Now, when you say that Le Cellier is better than Concourse... I never thought there was any possible way. :lookaroun

Which cut of the steak?

P.S. I'll try the cheddar cheese soup, only because I've seen good reviews. ;)

I like MJ-Palooza too!

(Hey...quick question Krystina...and I'm not sure if you know it, but you were on the dining plan, so there's a chance you do...can you use the dining plan if you aren't staying on property? I was curious for the future)

How good you say?

GOOD steak. Marc's a bit of a carnivore, and he claims it's the best he's EVER had, and he's eaten at Ruth's Chris, and some other nice steakhouses for work. The Filet is like butter. Get it rare, you won't be disappointed.

I think that as long as you get the Magic Your Way ticket, you get get MYW + Dining. As for the FREE plan, you have to stay in a Disney resort for sure.

Nope. Sorry, I think it's only for package deals. (Hotel plus tickets.) That's why all the AP'ers are miffed. It's an AWESOME deal. We won't go without it again.

I usually have medium steak... but, since you recommend so, I suppose I'll order it that way. :)

P.S. What dessert did you get at Le Cellier? I saw something about cake brushed with whiskey, and was wondering if I could still order it.

(Or maybe it was Grand Marnier brushed... whatever.)

It's not blood. It's just protein-filled water. All the blood is removed when it's processed. I never used to be a rare kinda girl, but when you deal with Filet Mingon, it's pointless to get it anything beyond medium rare. Well cooked meat is reserved for inferior cuts of beef. I'm a bit of a foodie, sorry if that's kinda gross.
