I could make some room in my luggage, if you want a cheap way down!

:lookaroun

Don't tempt me!

Thanks for the offer, Bunny!
I'll be patient and wait till I can afford it again, which will probably be about the time my yet-to-be-conceived grandchildren are in the CP.
But I can wait!
Long as I can come here! :)

We picked MJ up a Mystic Force Power Ranger's phone yesterday so she would let us do our shopping in peace, she loves that thing. This girl is a load of contradictions!

That's right - you've got a wedding to help finance

How's that going? Does she have a dress yet? I can reccommend a few great, really affordable places, if she hasn't.

No dress yet.
We will be shopping very soon though!
I would love your suggestions!
Thanks Bunny!

Speaking of the shopping, I got to get some things that I have needed for a long time, so I am excited about that anyway....undergarments, a new planner, wallet, Disney Princess bag to use as a purse, more printer cartridges to have on hand (gret surprise there, I thought I was buying the most expensive ones, turns out I didn't), random things for the house that we needed, new headcoverings... (mine were sooo old) a wall calendar, so Andrew can stop *forgetting* things...etc....

I will :) If I get up the energy to cook them today it will be Bisquick since I feel crummy....

Once you see the magic that is these pancakes, you won't ever go back. And they're not that difficult to make. I actually keep the dry stuff already mixed in containers, then all I've got to do is add the wet-works, and I'm ready to go!

Hope y'all (first time I've used that "y'all" - I like it!) have a really great day.
Talk to you guys later.

Bonny relax! And enjoy your day!
Give MJ a hug and kiss from IAuntie Dot!

That is how I used to cook, I also did freezer cooking (cook once a month for the whole month) we've been on such a tight budget I haven't been able to do that lately, but I am trying to get back into it, I used to make EVERYTHING from scratch, no boxes at all...I found a breadmaker for 40.00 at WalMart yesterday that is a areally good deal, I think I'll get that.. Andrew borke my last breadmaker in the last move :( I even have a food processor capable of doing nut butters and the breadmaker does jam...

One day I'll fulfill my dream of becoming a wedding planner, but in the meantime...

Go to salons, or you local David's Bridal. Pick out the style you like, and write the name of the manufacturer down while the dress consultant is busy. (If there are no tags on the dress, this is an illegal practice, and get as far away from this shady store as possible) Then look up the style number online, and order the same dress through one of these sites, for up to 60% off. I'm not kidding. I saved soooooo much money for my wedding by doing as much online as I could.

I got this dress, which is a copy of one of David's Oleg Cassini Dresses. David's dress retails for $1200. The DaVinci dress, which I got, has a MSRP of around $800. I got mine for just under $400. Brand new, tags on.

The whole month? Wow, that's ambitious. I just try to double everything I make, and we eat off it for a few days. Most of the time, by the time I get home from work, I just don't feel like cooking, even though I love to cook. Thank goodness for the crockpot!

Yeah, I ahven't tried it since I had MJ, but my best friend and I used to do it together... it isn't bad once you learn how. Then you just have to warm stuff up to have a home made meal, saved us many trips to the drive through or restaurants when I didn't feel liek cooking. I use my crock pot ALL the time too.... I was *supposed* to make spaghetti sauce for baked spaghetti in it today, but Andrew bought spaghetti noodles instead of sauce, so it will have to wait until tomorrow... :(

Your wedding dress was beautiful...I was married at a courthouse in a 20.00 dress from Ross, I wish I had had a big wedding...
