Are you allergic to milk/lactose intolerant? I've heard nothing but good things about overloading your system with milk and dairy. It works for me. High cholesterol runs in both sides of my family, and I drink about a half gallon a day. My good Cholesterol is through the roof as a result.

I LOVE milk/Dairy.... I've avoided it because I've been on a lowfat diet for 16 years...

Agreed that he's a dweeb! (hee! I haven't called anyone that since I was in Jr High. )

Marc works for and designs software for John's Hopkins, and if something goes wrong, he has to fix it - he's the only one who can. He has his 2-way text pager and his cell on him at all times. It can get really REALLY frustrating sometimes.

Skim milk? If not Calcium supplements taken with Apple juice ( or anything that has Malic acid in it) work almost as well.

We're off to look at nursing homes this afternoon. Trying to find a good one closer to home for MIL. The place she's in right now is very nice but too far to go visit more than once or twice per week, so she's geting pretty lonesome.

My hair used to be pretty long up until last December, then I finally got it cut shorter.

I like it shorter. I think I was compelled by the surfer culture around here to grow it out. But I look better (and older) with it shorter.

They do, but the lift is in the front, so my ECV doesn't do well....

Plus I have my van now, so it is a non issue now

It runs in my family too. Big time. My mom's already got Osteopenia, and is on Fosomax.

I've been Calcium-loading for many years now. It works wonders. And it's natural, too
