It was the 70s.
And of course times have changed.
And for the better in some respects.
And that would be one of them, for sure!
People don't get married that young now!
Good thing!
It's important to live a bit, decide what you want out of life.
Work for a while. Put some money away for the future.
You kids are much smarter than we were!

I already have money put away for the future. It's called a bank account!

That's good.
Keep on saving.
It's always good to have more than you think you'll need.

I'll probably run out. Though, the comp will most likely be shot to hell within the year, so I should start making plans about buying myself a laptop. (And a digital camera for next August!)

I can't wait for some real warmth here.
It's supposed to be in the 60s this week.
At least that's a start.

Same here. Like you said, it's a start.

The next musical I'll be going to is "The Sound of Music". I'd definetely rather be seeing "The Lion King".

Yesterday we were in the 90's and today we are in the 70's. Alittle bit cooler which helps.:D

"The Sound of Music".
*sighs*
Every once in a while I just have to watch the movie, but that's enough for me.
I've never seen "The Lion King" so I'm looking forward to it.

Is it like that all summer there?
What about winter in San Antonio? What's that like?

It's 87 here, with a lake wind advisory (which means no ferry's or freindship boats...) humidity is only 39%

Huh. I don't recall the boats ever being cancelled during any of our trips... (save for the trademark Florida storms, of course).
