Nothing.
The pain never really went away, just got gradually less painful. Today its as bad as it was the first day.

I can't swallow pills. I gag every time. It is a most unfortunate disadvantage.

Freddy, tailbone injuries take a long time to heal, but it seems strange to me that your pain went away and then returned. You really should have that checked out.
