Look at structure, plumbing, electrical and location... and that's it. Just about everything else can be changed - a lot of which can be done cheaply. You'd be surprised what painting and some patching can do.

It was apparently a small plane and there are people trapped on the floors of the apartment builiding above the floors where the plane hit.

Our news is reporting that it is possibly a helicopter. They also said that the building houses post surgical patients from a near by hospital.
