well.. typically I would try to say something encouraging or uplifting but in my experience being married for 8 years I have found the best thing for me to do is run and hide under the bed in the fetal position for 3-5 days! I stay out of trouble and out of the way!
That's the way to do it around me. But I have a very long day today full of people. I hope I don't flip out today

I had toddlers today... fun times. Nobody got hurt and only 1 cried the whole time... all in all I considered it a sucessful morning.
And thanks Jo. I'm in a brighter mood today. Something about staying up too late... made me a bit moody. :lookaroun
