The party turned out very nicely after all. Thank God.
My sister was totally surprised and so grateful to have all the people she loved together in one place.
I was grateful to have my little family. . .all 6 of us. . .together, at the same table. . .just us. We had the best time and laughed tons more than all the other tables combined!
It could have been a total disaster, but it wasn't. And I'm just so glad.

Family - got to love 'em!
We always try to do a family party during our February week in FL. Every year gets a little more stressful....

Good morning, Fishy!
I have to go to a baby shower today.
Showers are so boring. . .
This time, it's George's side of the family.
A whole other set of issues.
But at least I get to be with my girls again!
Two days in a row. . .I could get used to this!
For some weird reason the shower starts at noon, and I have to leave here by 11:15. That's way too soon. But maybe I'll have a free evening tonight. I hope so. . .

We should be getting a decent refund this time - I just hate doing it. Then, once that's done, I'll have to file a revised FASA form for DS for college.
More paperwork!

I became quite a pro at it.
I was so glad when it became possible to do the forms on the net.
Doing the paperwork and making copies. . . such a hassle!

Fortunately, I've always been able to do it online. I just always love that last page when they tell you how much they think you can afford - those people have such a great sense of humor!
