my doc told me I had to cut down on my carbs... I'm limted to 3 servings of fruit a day, and a banana counts as 2!It's sooo hard not to indulge in fruits.. that's what I crave these days...

Honestly, if you havent' had them toasted you don't know what they really taste like. Try it in a stir fry as the oil, that way it's not the star player. You might like it... and if you don't, you can always send the leftover oil up this way...:lookaroun

(sorry about the sushi reminder... my doctor gave me a nice little option, that I've actually come to enjoy more than regular sushi now. He said to get the chicken teryaki sushi. It's still got the rice and seaweat wrap - but there's no raw fish to worry about... it's really yummy, you can get it at most Japanese restaurants. I actually prefer it over most other sushi now.
