This is only the 2nd time I've gotten a flu shot...I feel like it makes the colds I get not as severe too. Although, I don't know if the flu shot is to blame but I feel like I've been on the verge of getting a cold for a few weeks. Mild sore throat (not bad, but just enough to be irritating), little bit of a cough, & sinus headaches. It just isn't developing into anything. :shrug:

A Bonny catch up session!

I just got a Casio Exilim. I haven't had a chance to try it out on any night shots yet. But it has an "anti-shake" function so hopefully that will help. I need to get it out at night and practice between now and May when we go down to the World. I think they start the Statue of Liberty fireworks in April sometime so that'd be some good practice.

I'll have to look that up. Feel free to email me pics and I'll help explain what is going on if I can...do you know how to capture your EXIF data in the picture?

OT, it is taking forever to go through all these photos...have to rotate the ones that need it, decide which are good enough for contests and the like and save them, edit the rest, and sort them into the massive file structure I have, then I have to save them all to CDRW, then resize them all, then I will have to delete what I have at The Spot and Re Upload them....phew....

Sounds like what I've been dealing with this last week. I'm not a big supporter of the flu shot, to be honest...I'm sure it helps some, but I don't think they've tested the safety of the vaccine enough and are using it as big PR campaign against the dreaded 'bird flu', which hasn't shown up in this country anyway.

I've been getting flu shots regularly since my Mom's been in the nursing home. You can pick up some nasty things in there! I agree, it does seem to lessen the severity of the things you do manage to come down with. I often get symptoms like you describe that fade away without turning into something more. Odd, but I'm not complaining!

That's what Jenny just said, about Clarice at MGM. Way back when I did it, they didn't even have a costume for her. That's so exciting!

I got my flu shot this year so hopefully I'm able to dodge it. I turn into THE biggest baby when I'm sick...which, luckily, isn't that often. The OJ is definately doing you good...Vitamin C is the key.

That is Andrew's job (the baby) I'm almost always sick with one thing or another and so is MJ, so if we turend into babies we wouldn't be functional....OTOH, if Andrew gets so mcuh as a sniffle, the world falls apart...

She likes anything with singing and dancing, very musical kid this one is...

As long as I don't look outside at the sun reflecting on the snow, it's manageable.

Not only corn, but the mercury preservative too....you know how I feel about that!
