I'm staying home, handing out candy, like last year... and the year before.
But, I did wear my creepy orange-red sports contacts to school today... looking your profs right in the eye is fun if you have the right stuff. :lookaroun
I'm staying home to feed the masses that come by our house. I've got 20 bags of candy... last year we went through 10 in the first hour we were home from work.

I haven't gotten T or Ters in like my whole life. I'm really looking forward to when we get our house that we might get some. People dump off their kids in our neighborhood... so we end up feeding not just our neighborhood kids, but most of the zip code's. People are just lazy. It's easier to trick or treat in our neighborhood than most others. Heaven forbid kids have to walk more than 10 feet from one house to another to get their little piggy hands on more sugar

Really? Huh. You aren't missing much. Just an endless stream of kids with entitlement issues. Well... some of the cute little ones are worth it. But if I have to give out one more candy to an undressed teenager... it's like paying off the mobsters for protection... "Here, have a Snickers bar, and in return you will not egg my house, TP my trees, or smash my pumpkins"

no kidding. People do that in my grandma's neighborhood. But these are more likely people who come from bad neighborhood's to my grandma's. Well...I got a lot of off brand candy when I was a kid. (Not because I wasn't dressed up...just because that's what they bought.)
I'd still do something cheaper for those kids like tootsie rolls. It's still brand named... :lol:
