but maybe that is because I skipped class to often

Sadly, DH is also a math major - and both our kids hate math....

I feel like it was so long ago, but I haven't talked to you...so how was Hofstra?

We really liked it, although I wasn't too crazy about the dorm that we saw (a tower). The campus is exceptionally beautiful though, and DS was very impressed. Do you live right on that road that cuts through the campus?

We went right by that! We spent a few hours exploring the area - that's when we found the Rita's!

Not really, but we drove down to Jones Beach.

Our friends have a boat and we have seen Jones Beach that way, but we haven't actually been there yet. I hear that they do a really big fireworks thing there for July 4th but we missed it this year.

The campus does look really nice. Someone I went to high school with went to school there. Last time I talked to her she said that she was really liked it there.
