He will be fine in the strollers, they are huge. You don't *need* to state that he is autistic, just what his needs are. Like I said, he needs to be there with you. I think that being able to use the stroller like a wheelchair will help you a lot. You do nned to state what they can do ot help along with what happens to him: for example:
My son Joel has special medical needs, he gets overwhelmed by too much noise and activity, so it would be helpful if we could use his stroller as a wheelchair and for him to be able to wait in a quiet location if possible.
