My favorite foccacia is from the Italian Bistro Restaurant we go to NJ. (There's one in Philly, but the NJ one is better.) Their bread is so yummy! Panera Bread makes a good foccacia too.
I could do that. . .eat just the bread, dipped in olive oil . . .yes I could do that.
I"m actually not really a bread person... I really made it for Marc. BUt it smelled SO good I couldn't help myself.
Maybe now that I've got this whole yeast thing dowm, I may try cinnamon rolls next
