Oooh!
I love foccacia bread! :slurp:

Was today the Christmas inquisition?

Nope, it's tomorrow. But I don't want to think of that now.

I'm very pround of my first loaf of bread... I added the yeast, and let it rise twice and everything...

It looked so complicated, but it wasn't. Just time consuming.

My first loaf of foccacia bread! It was soooooo good.

:slurp: Sounds yummy!!!

Hi Jess!
I popped in at just the right time!
How was your Saturday?

 Hey Dot! My Saturday was great! Casey did an awesome cooking demonstration... lot's of fun. (and it tasted yummy. ;)) Rae and I took the kids on a long walk and then did a little Christmas shopping at the Omni's Walden Books. (2 new books for lizzy... one new book for mommy for christmas) ;)

How was your day girly?

Hi Jenny!
Throw good clay this morning?
Hi! Actually, I didn't throw today. I did work on glazing some test tiles, trying out different combos of glazes to see if anything looked cool. Also glazed a sculpture piece I made. I have only a couple of more weeks in this session, and then we'll resume class probably in January. I'll just bring the clay home and work with it there. :)

AAACK! SNOW! How dare you bring SNOW into the thread! No! *breathes into a paper bag*

The whole house smells good.

I actually made a really good pasta dinner to go with it, like you get at Macaroni Grille... but the bread was so good, we hardly touched the pasta. :lookaroun

My favorite foccacia is from the Italian Bistro Restaurant we go to NJ. (There's one in Philly, but the NJ one is better.) Their bread is so yummy! Panera Bread makes a good foccacia too.
I could do that. . .eat just the bread, dipped in olive oil . . .yes I could do that.
