Fun day today. Woke up at 7:50 but turned over and went back to sleep until 2pm. Guess my body needed the sleep to fight this cold. Husband got home and I got up. Off we went to pick up my prescriptions only to find out the doctor forgot one. Call docs office and of course they are closed so I leave message with service. Doc calls me back and will call it in but that means they won't have it until Sunday or Tuesday. Well I leave on Wednesday so I hope it is ready. Good news is that my blood tests were good. But he wants them even better so I will work on that. Actually he is happy with me and I am one of his best diabetic patients. I hear him fussing at some of the others and I am apalled at the numbers they regularly run. Up into the 200s. Mine average about 140 over 3 months. Could be better though but if I get it too low I tend to get hypos easily. No fun.
