My elbows have been hurting from arthritis and having them pulled on by my students. Fortunately the right one is getting a lot better.

ROFLMMEO!!!

I've never been good at eating...mostly it's that we haven't gone shopping, so I haven't had anything to throw in the crockpot. By the time night gets here I am to exhausted to cook, so if I haven't made something early in the day I don't eat.....
