I'm not judging whether it's right or wrong. Personaly, I agree with you Rob. I'll wait until I see the finished product.

Nor was I condoning tresspassing (fun), drug abuse (bad), gun rights (there's a town in Montana that requires every citizen to own a gun), or prostitution (no comment).

My point was that if someone were to take a picture backstage while tresspassing, Disney could have them arrested for tresspassing, but couldn't do anything about the picture.

In this country, no one can arrest (or sue) you for taking a picture.

All I was saying is taking a picture, in and of itself, isn't a crime.

Sean Penn got mad at a paparazzi who jumped out from behind a bush and took his and Madonna's picture against their wishes. He punched the guy in the face and smashed his camera. He was arrested and convicted of assualt and battery. Later, the photographer sued him and won damages for the lost pictures which he was going to sell to some tabloid. Moral of the story...the courts recognize the right to photograph anything that can be seen with the naked eye, no matter who likes it or not.

If in the pictures you have, the tarps are red and the pictures were taken in the central shops area, you do not have photos of what you think you do.

First of all
1. Dont Brag, im sure none of us actually cared that someone emailed you pictures
2. It is HIGHLY unlikley that they are actual photos of the Capsules.


Just lay off on the pictures, this is pathetic. There is a reason why Disney is being Hush-Hush about the ride system. That reason is probally competition.

The pics would be illegal if somebody had to do something illegal to get them..

Just like taking pictures of you is fine...but taking picutres of you while snooping in your windows is not.

no, the tarps are a lightish blueish color but do u still think there not the "cars" im a lil sceptical myself but they do resemble the G-Force vehecles quite alot
