It's kinda like sitting on the corner for doing a bad thing... only... weirder.

About the kindergarten thing, I used to get the opposite on my reports: "Rodrigo always wants to be doing something, even when he's not supposed to, and he talks ALL the time." And I AM kind of a shy person around people I don't know... For the first 15 minutes or so... :p

And about running into walls... Well, you know how in mall movie theaters you have those rows that either end or begin right next to a column? Well, I was sitting on one of those seats and decided to go get a popcorn. I'm kinda tall, and I have that quirk that long-legged people have to extend your leg curving outside of the seat before getting up to give a better leverage on turning around? Well, I did that and went :brick: smack on the column. I actually slid down back to the seat, like in a cartoon! I tell you, it's funny now, but it really hurt, I was seeing stars for a couple of minutes!

During my elementary school, every month, my parents would get the same comment on my report card: "she is very restless and she talks a lot". I was always a good student though and never failed an assignment, so my grades were all A´s and B´s but in "discipline", the number was always in red or the minimum to pass... :o

My mom ended up laughing about it... she knew I would never change that, but as long as my grades were good, I got away with it. I was not rude or a menace, I just couldn´t be quiet! *figures... looks at post count*

A teacher once told my mother he thought I would probably be one of three things:

1. A writer for The Tonight Show
2. Ruler of the world
3. A bum

Well, I'm pretty sure you're not the ruler of the world. So then are you a bum or a writer for Leno?

I have a story...
I once was on a hike through the woods with my parents when I was about 6 or 7 years old. I was absolutley exhausted and complaining about how my legs hurt and that I wanted to go back to our campsite and sit down. They kept saying no.
I finally got mad and just stopped in the middle of the trail. I told them that it wasn't fair. Their legs were longer than mine so it took me alot more steps to cross the same distance. So I got tired faster. So I want to stop. And I sat down.

When they were done laughing my Dad gave me a piggy back ride back to the campsite. They couldn't really argue with me on that one, I guess.

Well...I never ran into a wall...but I DID have a similar experience in 7th grade.

Background: 7th grade in my town was the first year at the "Junior High School"

Before school began, the kids gathered in the cafeteria and waited for the bell to ring.

The bell rings, and my friends and I are walking to our homerooms...when...I turn a corner and another kid was running in the opposite direction BAM...knocked me on my little freak hiney...now..I'm REALLY mad because the girl I liked was standing there laughing...and the other kid just walked away...(I was a lil guy back then :) ) (This kid that ran into me happened to be the "bully" of the 7th grade class!!! (and why was it always down to me and him in dodgeball?!?!?!) anyways...

I get up mad...and I'm walking to class...and I feel a trickle...I reach up to my forehead and I'm bleeding. I go to the nurse, she puts gauze on my head, tells me to lay down and calls mom. The bully walks into the room, comes over to me (because the nurse was on the phone) and apologizes and asks if I was ok, and say and talked with me til she got off the phone (hey, never knew the Scott Farkus of the school was REALLY a nice kid!). He's holding his mouth a little bit (he had a fat lip) and he goes over to the nurse and says "I looked out there and I can't find it ma'am"

She says..."I know...I found it...it's stuck in his head!"

(This kid's front tooth broke off and embedded into my forehead!!!) I still have the lil scar to prove it :)

If anything good came from it...that "bully" became a pretty decent friend of mine :)

Did he have yellow eyes?

At least it wasn't Grover Dill - he had green teeth - and that could have caused a massive infection in your head wound!

OUCH!
"Hey Bri... how'd you get that scar?"
"Scott Farkus' tooth, man!"

I've got a few scars myself... one on my head from the brick wall, one by my eyebrow from when this girl down the street threw a baton at me, and a big one on my arm from when I broke my arm on a mailbox playing football in the street. The bone went through the skin!! That is very painful!

Wow... his tooth on your forehead! Ouch for both!

While I was in 9th grade (last year of jr. high) I was skipping the sports class and went hiding with two friends behind the basketball tent and climbed on a tree to eat mangoes with hot pepper powder (a mexican thing...hehe):slurp: . The tree had three branches and my friends got on one each one, but when I was getting comfortably relaxed to eat my mango, the branch for me was too round and there was no more room for my feet, so I couldn´t get well balanced and slided in slooow motion to the ground, only to fall on top of a CACTUS!
My leg and my hands were full of the cactus thorns (sp?) and I had to go to the nun to get them out and cleaned.... she asked me "but what were you doing?" "I was at sports class, mother"... :lookaroun I still have a little scar on my leg. :D
