did anyone notice this guide does not include space mountain?

in the corner it has 2 dates 9/10 and 9/24

which lines up with the refurb dates for space mountain 9/10-9/12 and 9/23 - 9/24

I would say this guide is only for those dates

I saw that too and was wondering what the same thing, the image of Space Mt. is also kind of covered up by the text on the map

We decided to get tickets for the MNSSHP this October. It is our first special event at Disney World. I hope it's worth the extra money! Love Halloween, so it should be fun!

I think it's totally worth the money (especially if you can get a discount ticket). The amount of candy you can get is unreal. Plus with the villains, parade and fireworks, it's one of my favorite times!

Hope that's what it's telling us - the guide in PDF form with no Space mentioned is only valid for today and 9/24 party.

Boo-to-You this year: Missing the Crocodile from Peter Pan (so far).
Also added spinning candy-corn vehicles... that resemble oversized traffic cones and look really out of place. It's kind of sad looking

Can anyone shed some light on how Disney separates this event from guests who are there for the day? We are FL residents and will be taking my dd for her 1st bday 10/11 in the am. I called customer service and she said that they won't kick us out at 7pm but we can not go on rides or shows. We were hoping to stay for the 8:15 parade since we will miss the light parade.

The parade is one of the things you pay the extra money to see. They do try to get everyone out who doesn't have a wristband before the parade starts.

They should start to sweep the guests without wristbands at 7PM. If you don't have one, you will most likely be escorted to the front gate and asked to leave or to buy a party ticket.
The CM on the phone may have been confused with regards to evening EMH. In that instance they don't kick out guests not staying on property, but you won't be allowed to do anything other than shop and eat without having a valid KTTW.

We just purchased party tickets for NOV. 1 and I was wondering the same thing. How can they get all the guests out of the park who shouldn't be there? I feel like I'm paying a premium for a parade and fireworks show that other people can just hang out and watch without paying for the party ticket. Can anyone give an honest answer about whether or not you can stay in the park and watch the parade without buying a ticket? and I'd like the non PC typical Disney answer " o yea they screen everyone and then they walk you to the exit and watch you leave". My gut feeling tells me you can shop on main street and stick around for the parade and fireworks without much a hassle. From what i've gathered, they only check for your ticket at rides entrances and when you walk into the 5 different lands of the park.

You cannot stay in the park after 7pm unless you have a wristband. They deploy a massive number of cast members to sweep the park, and they direct those without wristbands to the exit. All admission to attractions is limited to wristbands, and by the time parades and shows come, the park is clear.

I have personally seen it in action, and I can assure you that you are not paying for something that others are getting for free.

You will be directed out of the park promptly at 7. If you don't have a wristband don't try to stay, it becomes quite an embarrassing scene for those involved when the cast come along the parade route checking wristbands.
