It's a really popular party. Unlike MVMCP these days, which is not all that good any more.

How so (regarding MVMCP)? We have never been to that, but were considering going this December. I'm curious as to how you feel it has fallen off.

I am curious as well. We went to MVMCP in '07 (got engaged that night!) and we loved it and I was looking forward to taking the kiddos when we go in November. Can you please explain how it has gone down hill?

For starters, they took out the Christmas Country Bears. That was bad enough.

But they also took out the 'Twas the Night Before Christmas show, which was the best thing at that party.

There really isn't much to it any longer. IMO. It's a parade, some generic cookies and Christmas music.

They also removed the LoW at Epcot, so Christmas at Disney is just not what it used to be.

But you all should go and see what you think!

Post your reviews! I'd love to read them!

We have been to both the Halloween and Christmas parties and IMO they are both great in their own way. I will say that the Halloween is a bit more interactive as nearly everyone is dressed in a costume. I went as Zorro and many CMs said I was the first Zorro they had seen at the Halloween party. Only us old folks remember the Zorro TV show. I also saw 4 guys dressed as SW, Belle, Ariel and Cinderella. BTW they all were over 6'4" and 250 lbs. Halloween is a great show for all.

Woohoo, purchased our tickets today for our trip in September. This will be a first for my family. We did the Christmas party last year and had a great time. I just wish I couldv'e purchased them for a mid week party instead of a Friday night party. Oh well, beggars can't be choosey.

Who is going to join us?

We are going Friday the 13th! yay

My friend and I are going Oct 1-7 and we're either doing the party the 3rd or 6th. Gotta figure it out and buy tickets soon.

Planning on going the 3rd week of Sept. Would you say there would be much difference in crowd level for either the Tues or Fri nite show as I am trying to decide if i should go Tues or Fri but would like to know if anyone knows if the crowl level is any difference these days since it is still early Sept?
