So how old is the Boo to You Parade at least in it's current format? I remember during the earlier days of MNSSHP, they had a very different parade and different tone. Sure the parade gained minor updates, but this alongside Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade deserves a proper replacement at this point.

At least 2007 I think.

It's a shame that neither Halloween or Christmas have had a fully designed, thought out, cohesive parade from start to finish. Both are just a mish mash of floats from various events, some over 40 years old. At least a Christmas Fantasy in LA has that going for it.

Despite the short length, I really enjoy Disneyland Paris' new Christmas Parade "Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade" (mainly at nighttime). It's refreshing to see Disney Characters (especially Mickey & Friends) dressed a newer Holiday attire instead of the same outfits from years. back.

Anyone think they’ll have party specific merch (shirts especially) out for the party? The Halloween stuff I saw today was “meh” at best.
Not great photos, the only thing missing is a bowl and this one womens shirt. There are no pins, and there will not be any

The current iteration of Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade premiered in 2005 - the parade had run under the same name for a few years beforehand but it was pretty different from how it is currently.

Found a few video of the older version of the Boo To You Parade pre-2005. (note the different soundtrack and floats)

Over time the parade has seen float/unit removals and additions.

As an example, the pirate ship float was built for the Enchanted Adventures Parade of the Pirate and Princess parties.

And a car that had live dalmatians with Cruella following it. Not to mention, a float featuring The Evil Queen in her Hag form.

I'm watching a livestream of party, hasn't actually started yet.

I miss it! We went to Boo Bash last year and the party in 2014 and 2017.

We always go in October so after last October we decided to try Flower/Garden next April. Now I want to go in October instead! 😂

My husband just came and turned off the TV. 😅
