I simply meant I didn’t think the ride was very fun.
I agree. That ride is massively dissapointing considering it's in the same park as Mummy.

That's to bad, its my wife and my favorite ride at Uni. To each their own. I will preface that we are not coaster fans (Hulk/Hollywood Rip type coasters).I simply meant I didn’t think the ride was very fun.

Thats fair, I think its unique enough for us that it still is a thrill to ride it. There aren't many rides that at the World so we tend to gravitate towards it. I can't wait for Hagrids Coaster, that looks like it might be the perfect balance of aesthetic and thrill. It’s one of those rides that feels like it’s a screen ride simply because it feels to me like the whole coaster stops every time there is a screen. I would have preferred it never stopped or only once. It was also an incredibly tame coaster. But I mean I love SDMT and it is tame. The new Hagrid ride should be more fun.
Well, apparently they delayed it for lack of interest. You see, they found this thread here and have been monitoring it. When everyone went off topic and started talking arguing about E-tickets, Universal rides and such, they looked at each other and said "Why bother rushing to complete this project?!?! See, even the MMRR thread doesn't care!"So anyway... what is happening, if anything with Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railroad?
The problem is, they could have told 95% of the same story with Transformers/Spider-Man tech.Gringott's ride system is amazingly complex.
Thing is, it’s not a problem. The problem is, they could have told 95% of the same story with Transformers/Spider-Man tech.
Meaning they could have just used the same tech or you don't view the overly complicated system as a problem?Thing is, it’s not a problem.
It’s complicated. It’s very clever. Very very clever. But not overly complicated. The ride system is ideal for both the story and the flying sensation required.Meaning they could have just used the same tech or you don't view the overly complicated system as a problem?
That happened to me on the ride before too as our car got stuck backwards on the finale scene. I was actually scared blasting off backwards in the finale. They let us ride again too but we literally had to walk through the staircase and down some stars so they can drop us off where the 3D glasses are given. Was cool seeing areas guests are not supposed to see.when i 1st rode gringotts we got stuck in the downward drop/launch position for a few minutes before the ride reversed and reset ...
best ride ever
I do legit love the characters and how wild they can get.
I just don't know if that would translate into an actual character costume. Especially since we're all so used to fleshtoned, Gee Wiz faced mickey.
The reason said for the delay was that they shifted personnel over to complete SWGE sooner (including working on ROTR)Any news on how this attraction is coming along, are the issues delaying it's opening being sorted?

A mixture of both.Ok, thanks for that. I assumed it was more a tech problem
A mixture of both.
