It is authentic. It´s what you would eat in a fine mexican food restaurant. In fact, San Angel Inn in Mexico City is an expensive one. Of course, Cantina de San Angel is another story...

Plus, I like that you get to ride past people eating in the restaurant. Reminds me of POC in Disneyland.

I love that about the ride too! I always thought that riding past the restaurant in POC in Disneyland was awesome. Never got to eat there, though I always wanted to. I hope to do it on my trip to Disneyland next year (hopefully I'll really get to go...)

I've eaten at the San Angel Inn and it was really cool. More than anything, I liked the atmosphere. The food was good, but I had a hard time ordering because I'm a picky eater and I don't really like spicy food. What I did get (I don't remember now because it was November 2002 when I ate there) was good.
