Merchandise from the ship?

My parents took a cruise in April and there is a hat my dad REALLY wants to buy that he didn't when he was on the ship. Is there ANY other way of obtaining this? It's not the hat for sale on disneystore.com

I've not heard of anyone reaching out to a merchandising # successfully the way you can for WDW stuff. Best bet I guess is to reach out to fellow cruisers to see if anyone is sailing soon. I'm not going until Sept. 21. If nobody else can help before then, I'll be your elf.

I've tried to purchase after and was told it couldn't be done. Just like @sweetpee_1993 said see if you can a cruiser going soon and see if they will pick it up
