The characters look okay but I agree with the statement about the hair and BHG looks more jovial than villianous....either way I'd take a pic with them.

Well it's a disney rule that all walk around characters have to have some form of smile. EVen eeyore has a small one. The Villans have a sort of sneering smile, but it's a smile none the less.

He's not really a villian anyway, I guess. Great movie, IMO and not your average Disney villian.

Does Jafar have a smile? I remember a frown....not to mention a few of the human villains have walked around sans smile, its sort of their thing....I didn't know this was a rule....
