Yes
This whole premise that you have to "run" all over DL to get FP's is really funny. Honestly, the park isn't that big, and the rides with FP are pretty close to each other : BTM, Splash, and Indy on one side and SM, ST, BL on the other. Also, there aren't that many rides that have FP's, thank goodness
  • Big Thunder Mountain.
  • Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters – disconnected – grab this whenever you want!
  • Haunted Mansion.
  • Indiana Jones Adventure.
  • Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin.
  • Space Mountain – with the Hyperspace Overlay.
  • Splash Mountain.
  • Star Tours
I think the HM FP machine is only open during the Christmas overlay.
I just hope the management doesn't slap FP on a bunch of rides that don't need it, like they did at WDW.

36 acres is very small, I couldn't keep 10 head of cattle on that.

There is zero public wifi at Disneyland. You have to use your data to use any apps on phones.

Yeah but so what The LA basin area has probably the best cell coverage in the nation whereas most of Orlando still has major cell dead zones. WiFi was a must at WDW if they wanted an app based experience. At DL it's a non issue

I don't know.... when I was travelling in Disneyland, using my phone... as a foreigner... I encountered many many dead spots through the park.

As a very frequent long-time WDW visitor who spent a week last December at DL, I can't stress enough how nice, simple, convenient, and refreshing it was to use the traditional paper FP system once again.

Not having to hyper-plan everything months in advance made our visit much more enjoyable.

Be careful what you wish for West-Coasters. DL is superior because it's managed all these years *not* to act like it's younger sibling in Florida. Hold onto the paper FP system and don't let go.

THIS.
So much.

They do already offer a version of that with the Private Premium VIP Tour Guides. $400 to $600/ Hour depending on if it's Peak season, with 7 consecutive hour minimum, 14 hour maximum.

Unlimited Fastpass, impossible to get dining reservations at a moments notice, same day booking for seating at parade, shows and firework viewing, private transportation to anywhere on property, backstage entry and exit, and sometimes other "magic" if you're simply a decent human being to them....

Can't imagine they'd offer a discounted version of this....being one of the major draws is the fast pass service. I'd take a bus and wait in line at the front if I had unlimited fast passes - The guide and its perks would no longer be required

You and everybody else.

Don't they run out of headliner fastpasses already? Where would the additional inventory to offer anything like this?

Wouldn't it be crazy if Disney just expanded their parks with enough rides and attractions so you didn't need a FP for every E ticket? You know, expand capacity and spread the crowds to every park which would in turn shorten stand by lines. Then you wouldn't need to pay for a VIP tour, upcharge event or any other gimmicky service just to ride a popular E ticket.

Disney is the place where dreams come true right?

Yes but Dreams are restricted to executives and large shareholders only these days and their dreams have been coming true in a manner that would make Scrooge McDuck blush
