Not all actors/actresses do it, just the classless ones.

As someone that doesn’t do social media, beyond Facebook, the only statements I hear about are the ones that are controversial enough to make the news (or here), everyone likely states their opinions online but 95% of celebrities seem to do a good job of staying apolitical enough they don’t make the news.

I wouldn’t call that classless though, some may even call it valiant to place ideals above money, personally I just call it bad business.

Even if I respected their beliefs and views I wouldn’t cast any of those people if I ran a studio though, bad business to alienate a large part of your audience.

I feel like I just watched the movie.

I feel like I already saw quite a bit of it in 2005, 2007, and 2015 with the previous versions of F4 and oddly also feel like I saw quite a bit of it in 2004 and 2017 with the Incredibles movies.

There’s been so many reboots and “similar” super hero movies over the last 30 years they’ve all started feeling a bit like repeats.

Looks like The Fantastic Four will be the one with the biggest domestic opening weekend of next month, if the data indicating it has a bigger opening night number than both Superman and Jurassic World 4/Jurassic Park 7 is any indication.

I mean obviously The Incredibles is heavily inspired by the Fantastic Four. Was that ever in question?

I’ve often said that the best Fantastic Four movie ever made was The Incredibles. I’m hoping that First Steps changes that, but no other FF movie ever captured the heart and family dynamics right (unlike Incredibles)
So when Disney makes a live action version of the Incredibles it will be The Fantastic Four but different uniforms.

Haven’t been a part of this thread. FF was always my favorite comic as a kid along with Spider. Please be as good as the trailers indicate! Going opening night.

I saw another preview for Fantastic Four and I'm of the firm conclusion that Thing's head is too small for his body. It makes me think of the guy with the tiny head in Beetlejuice.

Also, I always thought of The Incredibles as kin to The Watchmen (but more family-friendly, of course)
