Fun fact: Apparently the reason they removed the ears from the Abomination design was they'd made Hulk such a pragmatist that there was no way they could justify having Hulk not rip the ears off somehow!

Confused about something. Feige has confirmed that the Ten Rings also refer to the group called the Ten Rings from Iron Man. So, the rings are actual rings AND a group?

The group takes it's name from the rings. The group in Iron Man were an Afghan cell of the bad guy organization in this movie.
