Basically, his entire job as ambassador was to be sort of the public face for WDI. He was great at that, but no projects will be affected by his departure.

Marty Sklar hasn't worked on ANY Projects since he was removed from his position as head of Imagineering. Since then hes been an "ambassador" for the company which means he gets paid to write in defense of Disney decisions in the hope that people will listen to him since he "worked with Walt".

Yeah, that whole thing really changed my opinion of him. I thought his remarks were downright rude. I'm glad he's retiring, and I wish him well.

The president of Imagineering is Bruce Vaughn and the Principal Creative executive is John Lasseter. Marty Sklar was only an "ambassador"
