Not surprising given everything we've ever known about DL vs WDW lol, but it's just so crazy that the same character in the same land results in such different situations on each coast.

Part of the problem is that WDW guests are just not used to free roaming characters - they have been conditioned to lineup and do a meet and greet. At DL, the situation is very different, so when something like the Mandalorian happens, the guests know what to do.

I think we also need to consider that WDW is so starved of characters in recent years, and the addition of anything new is a huge deal.

I really miss the free roaming characters! I understand why they haven't roamed since I was a kid but still:cry:
