In that spirit, let’s do everything we can to promote that video of him shouting a racial slur.

Do you think he realizes that this will follow him around for the rest of his life? Imagine any employer Googling him now.

While I agree, I think the criminal charges are what's going to stick out to potential employers, especially since it was a former employer that he stole from. This wasn't shoplifting; This was a conscious, flagrant, for-profit revenge fantasy of high value property from a high risk area with false company ID with a lot of publicly available info to prove it. A white man in his mid twenties from a wealthy family yelling racial slurs is going to be regarded like a high schooler being dumb rather than, again, a conscious decision by an adult.

except he will ride out his time... they'll be dropped... and then he'll get it all expunged.

the boy isn't changed... he's just riding out his time to have this stuff disappear

He’s done more than enough to deter future employers. Shouting a racial slur is only icing on the cake.

Then again, he could return to this site without warning like he did months ago. I remember randomly checking this thread when suddenly Patrick Spikes started posting in this thread (complete with pictures) then vanished out of the blue. I believe this happened late a night (I live in the East) when most users were offline. Apparently he was aware of this site and was reading this thread completely smug. And yes this actually happened for those that were offline or missed it.
Was on that night as well

time to admit buzzy will never be seen again. Its either been destroyed to hide evidence, sold to a private collector (as lots of stolen art is) and hidden away for ever. Then again if he hadn't been stolen, like many things Disney it would have been destroyed eventually or put in a warehouse out of public view. Once the attraction closed, buzzy was gone.

He can't expunge news coverage.
Expunged, but it would not disappear from a background check, or even just a cursory google search.

He can't expunge 3rd party coverage... but he'll be able to control the narrative because there won't be authoritative court history/police records to counter his tale. He'll still be able to truthfully answer about being never being arrested, tried, etc in job applications, etc. He won't show up on record searches, etc. It will all be reliant on 3rd party coverage.

It won't deter the diligent... but it will be enough to make it fade away for most.
