Man Accused of Stealing Buzzy's Clothing from Disney World Arrested

I found the video of his "I can't breathe" episode
This was HILAROUS to watch! It’s incredibly dumb how he denies all of the evidence presented to him because he knows that he isn’t innocent and the police know what he did. The best part was when he said “ can I call my mom?” And the police officer responded “ you’re an adult, correct?” 🤣🤣🤣.

LOL boy those Disney cast member acting classes really paid off here for him with that "I can't breath" performance out of nowhere. Oscar winning performance there lol. This video is the smoking gun for all you who still defend this guy and think he had nothing to do with Buzzy. The actions in the video are not that of a innocent man. He tried to be a big man at the begining and thought he was gonna tell the cops how its gonna be then he got a dose or reality real quick. This guy is guilty as heck.

The only thing missing was him screaming, "Don't taze me, bro!!!"
That's a vintage meme, friend 10/10

Also, if someone would post the notices for his various depositions/hearings/etc, that would be great. I'm pretty sure that depos become public record unless the dependent is underage or they appeal to have it sealed, so feel free to post links.

Links won't work because you have to search for his name. myorangeclerk.com Trial appears to be set for January...I can't believe he wants to go before a jury...

Have I told you lately that I 👍 you?

If you’re depending on a complicated legal defense that you think a layman might not understand, you go before a judge. If you are depending on gullibility and/or disdain for a large company to get you off despite the evidence, request a jury.

A jury trial can be the wrong choice in this case. People are sick and tired of people overcharging Disney memorabilia on EBAY. Also, it will be very hard to get a neutral jury. People in the Orlando area know how important Disney is to the local economy and that having hundreds of thousand dollars of property stolen results in high ticket prices. Besides, his behavior on video shows his quilt and only a judge can ignore that. In any case, he is quilty and would be better off with a plea and negotiated sentence. (I know innocent until proven guilty and if a jury finds him not guilty I would accept it, just like OJ.)

I can. He's the hero of his story and in his mind going to jury and then being Triumphantly Acquitted is Hollywood Come to Life.

What he's going to have to watch - if he can - is how he comes off to the jury. I was on a jury earlier in the year. Everyone noticed the defendant's immense disinterest in some of the testimony that directly implicated them in reckless endangerment of a child (the charge). While we considered the evidence and convicted on that, their attitude certainly didn't make us believe their denials.

A big thing for a Jury is to realize BDD comes from wealth and was never put into a desperate situation where he'd have to resort to theft. He did it for kicks.

That plus his well documented arrogance on social media taunting his Employer will not grant him any sympathy.

And now we find out he duped a Pro NBA player who has donated to many causes like the Fresno county libraries????

None of this looks good.

I don’t think an NBA player was duped. Do you think avid Disney fans didn’t know about Buzzy being stolen? And they thought it would be a good idea to buy Buzzy clothing from a questionable source? Finley and Lopez are also guilty from the looks of it right now. I just hope investigators care to prove it.
