What's American Spaghetti?

um...it's my grandma's recipe...it's regular spaghetti, tomato juice, canned tomatoes, bacon, some bay leaves, a few spices, and I think that's it. It is absolutely freaking delicious!!! She hasn't made it since my grandpa died. I guess it was his favorite thing she made...so she hasn't been able to make it since then. (Sucks for us...I didn't realize it had been 2 years since I'd had it...it feels just like yesterday).

So now it's my turn to attempt it.
