I don't know if any of you remember, but we had two conflicting results on previous MRI's so this was the tie breaker....

The official finding is: Right Cerebral Cortex polymicrogyria versus pachygyria

I can't find squat about it, except that it's common in kids with Epilepsy and Developmental Delay.....

I'm torn about how I feel, I mean, I *knew* it was coming, but seeing it in black and white is hard....

They also upped her Risperidal and gave us permission to give it during the day if she is stimming or having hallucinations too badly...they may change her epilepsy meds too.....

I don't know what to say since I don't know what all that is but I hope the medicine helps. I really am at a loss for words here.

Dana - I had gall stones too and eventually had to have my gall bladder out. The surgery is not so bad now, but back then it was major surgery. It was really amazing how much better I felt after they took it out!

They never took my gall bladder out but one day I guess they will. I haven't had an attack in about 16 yrs now.

Im kinda nervous..but I wqas reading a lil about the new laser surgery and it does not seem that bad..My thing is I need to take care of Maggie...:(

Well, the medicine can't help the underlying problem, but it may help the symptoms, we don't know yet

Hopefully, knowing what the problems are can lead to better treatment for the Princess!

After yesterday was such a great day, now today is yucky!

My day was pretty yucky, too. Not as bad as some of your's, though!

I am running for Homecoming Chair (person who helps make arrangements for Homecoming.) I have now learned that the bitchiest girl in the whole grade is running, too.
Her slogan is:
"I'm ____NAME____, and I'm ready, Don't Trust a Boy Named Freddy."

So my friend came up with (for me): "Vote for Freddy on the Double before ___NAME'S___ reign causes trouble!" :lol:

So I have to make campaigining things tonight. Plus homework. I guess I can pretty much just forget about watching TV tonight. :rolleyes:
