make your own ears at the magic kingdom

But notice they have a silver beanie and silver ears... Is it sad that I'm tempted to make one like that, and recreate the SSE ears again, but this time without the spray paint? It would be a tad more expensive than the $1 ear hat I used for my other ones... :lookaroun

Looks pretty cool though - I'll have to check it out once the crazy Easter crowds are gone. I could see this really expanding if it proves successful.

I vote we show up with sharpies and the pattern and keep doing it right infront of the managers until they get the point.

I think that mousermerf already started a thread about this a few days ago.

Ya, but he didn't have pictures last time...which by the way...the Link is down..its not currently up any more :here it is again http://www.laughingplace.com/lotion-view-591.asp

My opinion on this...it looks really cool..some of the designs or glitter stuff looks a little too tacky and craft store looking. But I would have to see it in person to offically judge. I only assume they will add different ones to the mix once they see how popular they are. But it will be something really worth getting and orginal! I can't wait to check them out for my self in April!! :) Does anyone have any more pictures of them yet??? To share.. And this is at Magic Kingdom in Orlando correct?? Opened now? I thought merf or someone else said it wont come unti Jan. or Dec. Or was that at CA?

I would do it...So did Disney ever make SSE ears?:dazzle:

But wasn't those SSE hats only limited for the 25th anniversary of EPCOT...so why would they make the more available?? Other than to make more money. But then it makes the last ones less limited and special. But don't get me wrong I would love to have a hat of each icon! :) That would be cool if they did one that looked similar to the water tower at DHS..hmmm...I guess we will have to wait until they become more popular!

This is an awesome addition to the make your own series (potato head, my little pony, light saber)----but the kids love to "play" with that stuff and leave it. It says on the laughing place site that the patches are peel and stick. What happens when kids "design" their own hat and then the parents say that they can't buy it?

I think those hats were fan created. I do not believe Disney ever made SSE hats.

Good point!! And I wonder how well they stick too?? That would stink if you fold your mickey ears in your luggage and they peel off... hmmm :(

EDIT: Oops did not see Enderikari response in time before I posted this..below is my response... Sorry
