I'm surprised this is opening so much earlier than the original month of completion of November. Did they truly overestimate the length of construction or did they cut some things?

I noticed that, too. I understand that a restaurant would want to update and refresh their menu, but the snapper was a signature item. That's too bad. Nonetheless, I am curious and I may make an ADR for my upcoming vacation. I love the Flying Fish and I have never had a poor meal or experience there.

Boo, I parrot the other posts; I hope this is a rough draft of the menu. No snapper as promised. I believe the "Chef's Thunder" and the lobster pasta were on the old menu though. (And if it is the same pasta, I highly recommend it!) Otherwise I find the menu to be rather unexciting so far. Kind of generic high-end. I hope the decor still skews more whimsical. The concept art is attractive, but it is difficult to really decipher what direction it will go.

I too am surprised they are finished already. They probably cranked it up to old-Disney speed after realizing how much revenue they were out with this place closed. (Same with the ice cream parlour.) I found the overall BW atmosphere to be really lacking without the two.
