Was at Disney Land two weekends ago and the castle was covered by a tarp. The work on the street is they are converting it into a huge cake like they did at Magic Kingdom at WDW. I personally think its tacky, and is a disservice to those who travel to the parks and find the Icon of DL and WDW covered or converted into a big pink pastry.....just my thoughts, but I am a traditionalist.....

I LOVED the castle cake, except for the color pink they chose. This seems much better.

That pic looks nice. Looks like they learned from the massive dislike that they encountered with the castle-cake, and did something a little more regal this time. Good choice, I say.

Still would not be suprised if a cake popped out from under that tarp....maybe a ha ha from Eisner on his way out.....
