Major Kudos To Pam

I've been a member, ok mostly lurker, on WDWMagic for several years, and have been going to Disney -- both Florida and California since I was a preschooler. I have gone from parents planning the trips, to trying travel agents, to planning totally on my own, etc, etc, etc, over the years. About 3-4 years ago I read all of the reports about how great Pam's Kingdom Konsultants are, and decided to give them a try. Pam has always gone waaay above and beyond!

Whether it involves nailing down the AP rate for me, splittling reservations to work out the best deal between AP, AAA, rates etc, to redoing all my dining reservations, when I come up with something to add to my trip, that requires changing the prior ADRs, she always does her best to make it happen, and frequently pulls off miracles.

Today, she surpassed herself! I decide to set up cruise plans for later this spring-- which were time sensitive, and while I was setting up things today, she did something few travel agents (or any other service industry would do), on her day off--- Sunday at that she spent her time returning calls, emails, IMs to be sure she got everything taken care of for me.

I want to publically let Pam know that I really appreciate it and the outstanding job she always does!

Add me to the list of fans. Pam has the patients of a saint and the nerves of steel! She handled all the numerous changes our girl scout troop threw at her...and starting with a group of 42 and dropping down to 36 over nine days we had numerous changes from our original booking to our date of arrival. lol. Every dining reservation we wanted we got..and with a group of 36 sitting down together was not an easy request. We enjoyed meals from LeCellier, to Chef Mickey's to Cinderella's Royal Table.

Now she has us booked for our upcoming trip in August and again, got all of our dining request.

Does a travel consultant like this handle booking everything or are you still responsible for booking some things? What about ADR's? It is my understanding that you can start booking these at 7 am which is before business hours. Will a travel consultant handle these or is it best to do them yourself instead of waiting for business hours.

Hi Mommy, The answer for that one is it is up to you!!! I have clients who prefer that I do their ADR's for them ( and yes I do them at 7am if needed!) and I have clients who prefer to do the ADR's themselves as they want to be able to make changes to restaurants days and times immediately while on the phone with Disney rather than waiting for me to e mail them, get the answer, and then re-plan with alternate days/times/ locations. Hope this helps! Belle

Earmarked is a status that Disney gives to agencies that have strong sales in Disney such as Walt Disney World, DisneyLand, Disney Cruise line and Adventures by Disney.

As far as booking ADR's for our clients: As long as our clients get their dining wish list to us in plenty of time we will be on the phone before business hours taking care of making them. Keep in mind that they do start booking 180 days in advance and many do sell out quickly.

I see no reason to not let Pam take care of all our reservations in the future. Sometimes dealing with Disney makes me want to bash my head into the wall. Pam is a lot more pleasant to deal with.

I have to jump on this as well. KK rocks!!!!!

Love them!! Last October Pam went above and beyond in helping my sister get her ressies changed in order to save about $500.00

Haven't had the pleasure of getting Marie to book a trip for me yet, but she always answers my "what if" emails in record time!

Love you gals a ton!!:sohappy::sohappy::sohappy:

Congratulations on such a special designation! KK is excellent to work with!

Hey Pam, what about ressies for Hoop De Doo? Can that be done further out than 180 days?

You can make the reservations 180 days in advance from the first day of check in.

And thanks for the kind words about the agency.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of meeting both Pam and Marie, and they are as much fun to be around as their abilities to get you the best deals available. Our last trip in Nov. was outstanding, and Marie gave the best advice as to where to eat. They have also helped many family and our friends. Kudos to all of them at KK. :king:

Jumping on the bandwagon. Pam helped us our last few trips including our August 2006 where 3 weeks before we were to leave my brother decided to change resorts from the Contemporary to the Poly. Pam was able to do this which made my cousin's engagement even that more special. Pam, I'll be calling next week to make our summer trip ressies. My niece has had great response to chemo, radiation and the stem cell transplant so this summer we are going to celebrate.

I used to plan all our vacations myself but, last October I decided to try KK. Elizabeth was great. She took care of everything included some major last min. changes due to extra family. I don't plan a Disney vacation without her now. Thanks!:)

Y'all convinced me. I just sent Marie an email. Hers was the only email I saw on this thread but would be honored to work with either her or Pam from the glowing reports I read here.

Nansafan, that is great news about your niece. My nephew just went through chemo and radiation and we are waiting for results. His test are scheduled for Monday to see if the radiation was successful (the chemo was not). Sending hugs to all of you since I know how difficult this is for the whole family.

KK - You should have 2 emails from me.

Thinking about re-booking my September vacation to December, and thinking about the Disneyland vacation in March.
