The Hub in the Magic Kingdom will be open by December?
Have u seen the rose garden now?The 'concept photo' looks good, but I seriously doubt we'll ever see all those trees planted.
I meant trees, not roses.Have u seen the rose garden now?
Exactly. The "rose garden" has no more roses. It's solid trees.I meant trees, not roses.
Only in the minds of those that are wishful thinkers. Was that ever a possibility?

See up above to what I meant @TheRabbitExactly. The "rose garden" has no more roses. It's solid trees.
Oh yeah, now I know what you mean, sorry. LOL But on the concept art photo, it sure looks like they are planning trees closer to the hub than I imagine they are going to do. Just on past experience, Disney removed many of the hub trees for firework viewing. And the concept photo shows many trees back, albeit a litte more on the outer circle, but still would be blocking views of fireworks. I would just be surprised to see it happen.See up above to what I meant @TheRabbit
Have you seen the rose garden? Both the east and west sides. A lot of trees and landscaping have been added.Oh yeah, now I know what you mean, sorry. Oh yh I know, theres loads of pictures on these boards about it. The poster is stating that they don't think trees are being added. I'm saying they are, just not in the middle like in the past. That's correct. The trees on the perimeter of the hub look great. But many lament the loss of larger trees from the center of the hub, which gave the castle some perspective, added a pleasant park-like feel, and kept sight lines in check. I love the old hub, and the new work is certainly better than what we've had for the past 12 years, but those trees are not coming back.
I think the trees are meant to block the fireworks from the outer ring, since it's being built specifically to keep traffic moving the trees serve a purpose. I'd be shocked if they don't happen, it's a beautiful, and cheap compared to multiple CMs, way to prevent people from stopping to watch the fireworks in areas Disney doesn't want people stopping.Oh yeah, now I know what you mean, sorry. I agree, I'm a fan of trees in the hub area as well. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. That's correct. The trees on the perimeter of the hub look great. Yeah. It's under a bulldozer.Have you seen the rose garden?
Speaking of trees... Either the rains have done a job on the new plantings, or these two need some couples counseling.
