Depressing, isn't it? I heard the dreaded s word might happen this weekend and nearly cried. "Snow" is not a welcomed word in my vocabulary.

It's a tad warmer than that here in Ohio, but they are saying we may see some snowflakes mixed with rain as early as tomorrow.
Luckily, we will be in WDW (and hopefully shorts and flip flops) in 28 days!!

It's a good thing they're making sure a DVC kiosk will be included in the new area
I can't believe there is actually a DVC kiosk there. I thought people here were joking when they called that area a DVC area. Now I know the real reason TDO ok'd this project. It looks so great right in the middle of the new fantasyland. Way to go TDO! classy.

I'm assuming the DVC space will be a kiosk outside the building. The building looks far too big to be used for just DVC advertising -- being a merch store still seems most likely to me, especially since TLM ride lacks the standard "exit into a store" setup and since there is already a food stand next to it (so probably not more food).

Aren't there enough DVC kiosks in the parks already? What happened? TDO saw that there was a small space available and said 'Hmm..you know what's missing here...more DVC!" Then again isn't that what's going on throughout all the hotels on property?

No no no, I think you guys are missing what's going on here. They've just about run out of space for Deluxe DVCs, so now it's on to the Ultra-Deluxe phase. In-park DVC villas! Due to the VERY limited amount of space, they will run at a super high premium, roughly $850 per point, but look at that view!!
But seriously, besides that DVC sign eyesore the area looks great! I look forward to seeing it when it's completed.
