Youtube's CDNs are built for worldwide and their files are spit to 4-6 seconds long. Not 10 like the DLR feeds

I personally prefer SpectroMagic, but that's only because it's one of my first Disney memories (specifically staking out and finding one of the best viewing locations, near the Hall of Presidents). It's nice to watch this right before bed, though.

how is the same company responsible for what is going on at DL and WDW? The asymmetry is astonishing in the show quality, both the content and the distribution of the content (i.e. 6 streams vs. 1 stream - mostly of people waving at their aunt in Idaho)? You're not supposed to tell your favorite kid that they're your favorite kid.

Everyone who is a Disney Fan knows that the company favors Disneyland first, Asian parks next, then WDW, and lastly DLP.

DLR is running their cams when technically the Blog is running WDW's feed. Sad thing is on the 20th I joked with @marni1971 about WDW's cam being on Youtube this year.

Yes, this! I would LOVE if we got a Dreamlights makeover for our MSEP. Not an exact replica of their show, but an uplift along those lines.

IDK, I want an entirely new parade. Shanghai can have MSEP.

Good deal. Otherwise, I'd really be out of my mind watching a terribly-framed live webcam while live-posting about it at 1:08 am all while I'll have to wake up at 6:30 with my two kids.

after watching paint the night.. the differences are night and day..
MSEP looks SO RETRO with their pure lightbulb system.
vs the digital screens of paint the night.
