Very impressed that they installed barriers where they could, also my friend is at MK today and so many characters rolling around and stuff.
Masks are important in any of those hopefully short instances where social distancing cannot be maintained.I fail to see how social distancing is going to be maintained esp. during the random character parades.
And from what I have seen in the photos so far everyone seems to be complying with wearing the masks.Masks are important in any of those hopefully short instances where social distancing cannot be maintained.
Those currently in the parks are CM's and their guests...And from what I have seen in the photos so far everyone seems to be complying with wearing the masks.
So it would make sense they would wear masks. Those currently in the parks are CM's and their guests...
Precisely, possibly more so than random guests. So it would make sense they would wear masks.
I guess we shall see a more accurate account in a few days.Precisely, possibly more so than random guests.

Me too, even though I have zero intention of joining them anytime soon.Seeing people back in the parks brings a big smile to my face.
Watch the video where they show how far a cough or sneeze travels above the isles in a grocery store and you'll be less than impressed with plexiglass barriers that go only a few feet above queue railings.Very impressed that they installed barriers where they could

I agree. Anything is better than nothing. But I wouldn't assume things are as safe as they might appear.I mean... pexiglass barriers and masks seems extra cautious compared to none... or one or the other.
Disney is the only that has gone this far, in the industry. No one else is doing this, I actually think they should be saluted for their efforts. I did not expect any of this.

How is the social distancing for the theater shows like CBJ and Tiki Room handled?

These poor attraction CMs and Janitorial. They all deserve a raise (they already did) for allWe watched Tiki Room today (CBJ was experiencing technical difficulties). I don’t have any photos, but there are markers on the benches where you may not sit and every other row is blocked. Additionally, they held us about 5 minutes after the preshow ended before they opened the theater doors (presumably to wipe down the benches; I couldn’t hear the announcement very well).
