I agree with their system and the hard precooked reservations. They don’t have to disclose the numbers nor should they.

Is that so hard? Disney does not need excuses for anything (they don’t ask for them and you shouldn’t supply them) and the situation is 100% a reality.

Wasn’t AK at capacity today for all reservation types? Or was it just full for AP? Perhaps it’s a situation of people filling a spot and then not showing up?

If there’s issues I have faith they’ll fix it. It’s day 1. Doesn’t mean we need to panic and say they should just close back up.

Im actually ok with opening and want to see how they handle it?

But there also has to be a “kill switch” that is open ended as the world “evolves” (more like devolves)

They absolutely are rewriting the rules as they go for operation/economic conditions.

Especially with APs and DVCs

It’s really not a “welcome back!” Approach

It’s more accurately “ok...we’ll try it and honor commitments as best we can...no guarantees”

The problem I fear will be at Epcot...
The people are gonna go and food and wine it up with that expectation...and Disney will have incidents cause they won’t stop it.

there is outrage (look on other media platforms). But Disney is Disney, that's why it commands all of the attention.

Yes - there were reports of issues with ticketing/entry this morning, creating a large backup line at Guest Services for a time.

My opinion is that if it not safe to open one theme park, then you can't convince me its safe to open the other.

Both CA and FL are in similar covid situations.

Yes - there were reports of issues with ticketing/entry this morning, creating a large backup line at Guest Services for a time.

this will hopefully create change for the way guest services is handled.
