I was in WDW this time last year and remember being amazed that MK was at capacity so early in the day.

I can safely say I survived it, but will likely NEVER do it again:ROFLOL:

On the bright side, this could be good for the World, if people are there and not afraid to drop some $$$.

This shouldn't be a surprise, this weekend is always packed.

If anyone is in the parks, can they look at getting me some of the Fastpasses I've listed, I'll gladly compensate you?

Mickey's PhilharMagic
Stitch's Great Escape
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Lights, Motors, Action
Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
Primeval Whirl
It's Tough to be a Bug

Thanks in advance.

Have you had any luck using FastPasses with old dates on them? I have always figured if the time for the FP had already come, the CM's might not notice if the date wasn't that day...I did try it once and it worked, but I have been wondering how hard it would be to do again. I have a few old FP's that I always want to use....so I would be happy to hear if this has worked for you (or anyone else) in the past.

Dates are checked (especially for the more popular attractions).

I don't know why you would even want to try. Expired FPs are not allowed (hence the word expired).

^^^Methinks he's looking for those FP's as souveniers/collector's items, looking at his signature. I don't think he means to present them at the parks for admission to those attractions.

To answer your question, I've never seen the CM actually check the dates.

I think they just want them because they don't use those FP very much

I have never used a fastpass with an expired date. This is for a collection - these attractions don't distribute fastpass on a regular basis.

I used to do this a lot in the past. The current fastpasses the way they are now makes it hard. But if you really want to try, all you have to do is have one good fastpass for that day for one specific ride you have several old ones for. Show the good one and switch it with the old ones. Its not a guarantee success, but I've done this before and have gotten away with it. Usually the 2nd cm just collects the fp, but if you do get caught just give him or her the legit one and say, "Cant blame me for trying."

Wow, my mum and I were at MK yesterday and we had NO IDEA it was at capacity! It felt packed, certainly, but not nearly as crowded as it's felt during previous mid-summer visits. We did comment on all of the security and "crowd control" crews who were directing traffic, but figured it was for the parades. We did a lot of the less popular rides and a few shows during the day, got dinner at the Polynesian, and by the time we got back to the park it was pretty cleared out. By 11:30 it was a ghost town and we walked onto all the e-tickets and even got to see Tink and the Fairies back in Toontown.
