Sorry son. Even after WDW1974 had shut down the rumor PTN was gong to WDW early on, there still was 234 PAGES from DW'ers who were DYIN' to get PTN.

Some of us would rather forget that thread... Try 234 pages of ridiculousness after being told there isn't going to be a nighttime parade at MK for a few more years. Then there's the looney tune that insisted that PTN was coming to MK, because he heard it from a tram driver, and on Twitter, and from an "on-stage parade manager"/masking-tape-cleaner-upper at DL...

The cowbell comment has me scratching my head too. Maybe a show/ride with Will Ferrell? I mean they did something with Jimmy Fallon.

A Nintendo theme cruise I am assuming you mean. Makes sense, I am sure the other cruise lines would like to get into the act with how Disney does themed days at sea.

I think he is referring to beefed up funds in regards to the UK project.

I still remember the TONS of pages on this forum when Disneyworlder's were BEGGING for PTN to be shipped to The World.

Because the other options were:

1. Festival of Fantasy again at night (didn't work)
2. Move it Shake It (doesnt work still)
3. Nothing
4. Falling apart Main Street Electrical Parade.

My beef is the timing when they're too close to each other. The crowd set-up for one clashes with the other.

That's a fair point. I agree with that. It's already a nightmare at night so it makes it worse. Something needs to be different.

I would rather WDW never have a nighttime parade again, full stop. It's so much more pleasant to be in that park in the evenings without the hordes on the parade route.

Well thank the accountaneers for approving one of the best Firework Show upgrades and the other 6 nighttime shows (sometimes becoming an extra 7 depending on the season). They really let loose the purse strings!
