Wow. How many of the 11 would you be glad to get rid of? Would love to know the percentage of “positive” offerings you favored.
Personally I wasn’t looking forward to four of them. But again, that’s just me.

I remember hearing that Carousel of Progress was slated for refurb AFTER the 50th. Can’t imagine why the delay.

I’m guessing that user, on here anyway, was the one who started the topic of the “new parade” being cancelled, but instead repurposing old floats.

Was a refurb just a heavy maintenance job or a complete update to the scenes? Like a new one for 2030?

I'm assuming they had already cancelled/modified some of these plans pre-COVID?
Or that some of them were very minor changes. Otherwise it seems difficult to believe they would have been able to get them all done for the 50th without having a period of time where the Magic Kingdom was missing several of its major attractions at once.

Interesting that Thunder and Mansion were a different project. I have to assume they were Thunder Lift Hill Effects and a Hatbox Ghost, though I recall hearing rumblings of more for the Mansion than just him. Does that ring any bells?
For Hollywood Studios maybe.
