Not really here, but.. Nibbs, on the washer thing... We bought a new set 2 years ago. A Bosch front loader. At the time, I hadn't heard of Bosch at all even though the brand was very common in Europe. It got great reviews, was a front loader, and the price was right. I had the same feeling as you, that I was buying an "off" brand (which now I know not to be the case). So don't let that be a deciding factor!! Oh, I love our washer, btw. :D Front loaders are easier on your clothes, too.

Since you're not really here, I won't say hello. :lookaroun

Just read Amy's blog...heehee...

Hello lovely people - we're doing okay, I guess. Joel's eye is looking a little bloodshot, so we're keeping tabs on it - pinkeye, that's all I need. I spent the entire day running errands, it was so nice to get out of this house.
How is your throat?

I have a Bosch dishwasher, which I love. I figure the washer/dryer will be the next appliances in my house to blow up or something. 2008 was the year of the new appliance in the Lantz household.

Well kids- I am going to run for the day. Hopefully I will be on longer tomorrow. Gotta go to TV Night so I can catch up on my stories [90210, One Tree Hill, and a few others...]

Talk to you all tomorrow.:wave:

Thanks sweetie! Explain will you please, why a front loader is easier? Is it b/c there's not an agitator?
