and how old are you? Do you trust him and what about what your parents say?
I don't want to worry about you if and when you go.
I turn 18 on Wednesday.
I definitely trust him, he's the nicest guy.
My parents know him.
We spent a week with him at the ranch...he was a wrangler.
But I haven't talked with them about it...yet. :lookaroun
I know the driving part won't bother them because my grandparent's house is right inbetween our houses.

I understand your feelings...trust me. I also know what it feels like to pine for someone so much only to find out they want nothing to do with dating you. Only to be friends. It sucks.
My life story right there.

Does anyone have a sparknotes (shortened) version of what Night Kingdom is?
I saw the thread, but it's huge.

Yeah...I just responded to it.

It's a after 4 pm park that's supposed to cost like $300 to visit in which it will be the Disney version to Discovery Cove. So you'll be able to do some things with animals like feed hippos, something about watching lions hunt, spulunking through bat caves, rock climbing, you'll also get dinner and there will be a broadway caliber show available to see. Oh and the Adv. Club will be the entryway into the park.

Me, I think it's a dumb idea. I don't want to pay $300 to do that kind of thing. I can think of a lot better things to do with that amount of money. But, Disney doesn't build things that everyone is going to like.

Oh and this is all based off of an article from Jim Hill, so take with grain of salt, but I've heard about this idea for a while, so it could be feasable.

That doesn't seem worth it at all, imo.

Feeding hippos? Those things are so dangerous. At least pick a better animal to feed... Bats scare me, as does rock climbing. The lion thing sounds kinda interesting, I love lions.

sure, it is intersting, but I think it's market might be very small. I mean...the only things that sound anywhere interesting is the broadway caliber show and the dinner that's included. I could care less about the other parts.

But I'm sure lots of people will enjoy it and that's why they are considering it.

exactly how I feel. It seems very dangerous for some things. And some sounds like it has a very limited appeal. I just don't know how they're going to get it to work as a whole park.
